Apply for an examination of expertise for the supply of hazardous substances and mixtures

The Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (ChemVerbotsV) contains in particular requirements for the commercial placing on the market, supply or provision of certain hazardous substances and mixtures. Expertise is a prerequisite for carrying out such activities.

Expertise in accordance with Section 11 ChemVerbotsV can be demonstrated by means of a written examination. You can take this examination at the Tübingen Regional Council, among others.

Please note that your expertise must be updated regularly (after 6 years at the latest) by attending suitable further training events.
