Immission control - Submit measurement report on continuous measurements of air pollutants at plants for the incineration and co-incineration of waste in accordance with 17. BImSchV
If you operate a waste incineration or waste co-incineration plant, you must continuously measure, record and analyse pollutant emissions. You must prepare a measurement report on the results of the continuous measurements for each calendar year and submit it to the responsible immission control authority.

Prerequisite
You are the operator of a plant for the incineration or co-incineration of waste in accordance with the 17th BImSchV.
Procedure
- You analyse the continuous measurements of the respective calendar year.
- You prepare a measurement report on the results.
- You send your measurement report to the immission control authority responsible for you by the deadline.
Deadlines
- You must submit the measurement report for a calendar year to the responsible immission control authority by 31 March of the following year at the latest.
- You must keep the measurement report and the records of the measuring devices for at least 5 years after the end of the respective reporting period.
